I tried this recipe off of Pinterest and it is really good. I am tweaking it though and going to add a little soy sauce to it as well. I started by cooking bacon in frying pan and while that was cooking I cut up my cabbage, red bell pepper and onion along with some garlic. Believe me it can use both cloves of garlic like it calls for plus I added onion - garlic -pepper by Watkins. After the bacon was cooked, I added in the sliced smoked sausage to cook. I cooked down the veggies until still a little crunchy and then added my crumbled bacon and the smoked sausage. I then put them in individual servings in the refrigerator as this helps with food safety and cooling food down faster plus prepared for lunch :). If you like cooked cabbage then this is a recipe you will want to try.
