I found this new way to do eggs that works very well - saw it on Food Network. You bake the eggs in a muffin tin (no water needed) at 325°F for 30 min., then shock them in ice water to cool them down quickly, then I peel them under running cold water. They peeled extremely easy and this worked great! I will be using this method again in the future for certain. My deviled eggs for Easter turned out great and not near as aggravating as usual to peel them.
